Find answers to common questions about the registry portal

Once submitted, the Admin reviews your academic credentials (usually within 2-3 working days). Once approved, you will be notified to proceed with registration payment.

The standard alumni registry and digital certificate fee is RM 50.00. An additional fee applies if you request a courier-delivered hardcopy certificate.

Employers can search using the student's Full Name, Matrix Number, or IC Number via the verification page, or directly scan the QR code printed on the certificate for instant validation.
